A Contemporary Kitchen

This unit was pretty old (built in 1967) and had a traditional box layouts that was very popular in 70’s condos. Fortunately because the plumbing was on the exterior wall we were able to knock down the kitchen walls and create a modern open concept kitchen with integrated eat in table.

A Sleek Bathroom

This bathroom was a full overhaul! We removed the tub to create a sleek walk in shower with full length niche and continued the luxury vinyl plank flooring into the bathroom to enhance the feeling of spaciousness. We built custom shelving and cabinetry into the wall to maximize storage without taking up any precious square footage. We also cleverly relocated the plumbing fixtures in the shower to the left side, avoiding that dreaded first blast of cold water.

Flip through the gallery below to see what we started with.

A Sexy Bedroom

One of our favourite bedrooms to date! This bedroom overlooked the beautiful forests of West Vancouver and we wanted to bring that deep green colour into the space in a not-so-expected way. Enter: super cool wallpaper. Bold but not visually offensive, cool but not trendy, it was the perfect grounding accent for the room. We topped this room off with floor to ceiling custom closet, bespoke lighting and fresh carpet.

Check out the gallery below for more angles of this stunner.

A Cozy Livingroom

This room started off as a blank canvas, a lonely wall just begging for some attention. We started by creating a focal point in the form of tiled fireplace, then build it out with closed storage on the bottom and solid white oak shelves with channel set under-mount lighting. It added light and warmth both in the physical sense and in feeling. We love how it came together.
